Swing gates
Single or double leaf gates for driveways and pedestrian entries where there's room for the gate to open.
Fabricated for your entrance. Rated for the wind.
We design and fabricate custom gates in Miami for commercial properties, gated communities and estate homes. Every gate is sized to the opening, built to the wind requirements of Miami-Dade, and ready for an operator, so it looks right on day one and still works after the next storm.
The right gate starts with the opening: how wide it is, how much room there is to swing or slide, how many cars come through each day, and how close the property sits to the water. We look at all of it before recommending a design.
Single or double leaf gates for driveways and pedestrian entries where there's room for the gate to open.
For wide or sloped openings and busy commercial entrances where a swinging gate would block traffic.
Arched or flat-top designs with finials, scrollwork and matching columns, built to suit the house.
Heavy-duty gates for warehouses, lots and industrial sites, sized for high-cycle operators.
Walk-through gates that match the main gate and can tie into keypads or card readers.
Material is the biggest decision after size. It decides how heavy the gate is, how long the finish lasts, and how hard the operator has to work.
Light, corrosion-resistant and easy on gate operators. The common choice for properties near Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach and other salt-air areas.
Maximum strength for commercial and industrial entrances that take heavy use. Needs a quality protective coating to stand up to humidity.
The classic estate look, with detailed scrollwork and finials. Plan for coating maintenance, especially near the coast.
[CLIENT: confirm the materials you fabricate and any finishes you offer, e.g. powder coating.]
Miami-Dade is in Florida's High-Velocity Hurricane Zone. Gate and fence products there need an approved wind rating, often a Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance (NOA). We build to those requirements, and because we're a licensed general contractor, we build the columns and footings that hold the gate up, too.
Most of the gates we build end up automated. We plan the operator, the power and the access control while designing the gate, so the motor isn't fighting a gate that's too heavy or hung wrong. We install LiftMaster and work with all major operator brands.
See gate operator installation and service or read about access control systems.

We visit, measure and recommend a style and material.
Built to the opening, installed and tested.
It depends on the gate's size, material, wind requirements and whether it's automated. We don't publish prices because two entrances are rarely alike. Text a photo for a free quote.
[CLIENT: add a typical timeline from approved quote to installation, e.g. fabrication time plus install days.] We'll give you a schedule with your written quote.
Usually, yes. Most Miami-Dade cities require a permit for new gates and fences, and most HOAs require architectural approval. We'll tell you what your property needs before work starts.
Yes. Custom fabrication means we can match picket spacing, finials, colors and column details to what's already on the property.
Yes. We build gates ready for an operator, so adding automation later doesn't mean replacing the gate.
